Cancellations, Weather & Deposit Policy
Cancellations
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not refundable
Weather Policy
- If severe weather prevents service, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge
- Deposits will be transferred to the new appointment date
Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment
- Deposits are applied toward the total service cost
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is outside the allowed window
